Plot Outline: Death Tube is a movie about a internet horror show that depicts realpeople, in real time for streaming online. It goes like this: you watchit once, then chances are you'll probably end up there. This movie ismade by the same people that made "Grotesque" and even though itsnarrative and style may vary a lot, there are some elements in common;like the similarities to "Saw". While Grotesque got a very serioustone, Death Tube is totally sick and sarcastic but at the same time,counts on a massive amount of slapstick humor scenes. It's not a filmto be taken seriously. It actually goes as close as a spoof to theoriginal Saw movies sometimes. It does not have a lot of gore scenes asthe art cover may suggest, and its not nearly as violent as otherJapanese movies. Overall, its a fun movie, but totally nonsense and youhave to be in the right mood to watch it. If you want to find somethingserious and philosophical here like the meaning of life, don't botherwatching it. But in case you're in for a funny Japanese flick , thenyou might wanna try it.
